Ingredients: essential oils of peppermint, ginger, clove, nutmeg, black seed oil.

Directions for Use: "8-12 years: 5-10 drops; 13 years and older: 10-20 drops with food twice per day.

For cosmetic aromatherapy benefits, 5-7 years use with caution; 8 years and older: apply as needed to affected areas up to every 6 hours.
