Ingredients: Arsenicum album 12X (feeling of suffocation on lying down; restlessness and thirst, wheezing, worse at night; burning in chest; exhaustion), Carbo vegetabilis 12X (roughness in larynx; desire for fresh air; burning in chest; breath cold), Sulphur 12X (voice rough and hoarse; dyspnea; weakness of chest when talking; chronic eczema; profuse itching), 100 mg each/300 mg tablet

Directions for Use: Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.

Warnings: Do not use this product unless a diagnosis of asthma has been made by a doctor. Do not use this product if patient has been hospitalized for asthma or if patient is taking any prescription drug for asthma, unless directed. If symptoms persist or worsen, a health care professional should be consulted. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care professional before use. Keep this and all medicines from the reach of children.

This is one of the best products I've ever used. Asthma Clear by Ridgecrest is another good one. But the BHI stuff works fast. I put one under the tongue, and in a few minutes I feel my chest loosening up. If you have breathing issues, give this a try.
