Carlson Liquid Multiple Minerals is a balanced formulation of major and trace minerals in easy-to-swallow soft gels.
Mineral sources are chosen with care. Mineral glycinates are prepared (chelated) by the Albion patented process to aid the absorption of the minerals. Trace minerals are organically bound in mineral rich Pacific Kelp.
Three soft gels contain:
Calcium - 500 mg
Magnesium - 250 mg
Iron - 18 mg
Zinc - 15 mg
Manganese - 7 mg
Copper - 2 mg
Boron - 1 mg
Potassium - 99 mg
Chromium - 75 mcg
Selenium - 77 mcg
