These new Eau de Toilettes are simply fragrance, water, and alcool superfin (very nice alcohol). Eau de Toilette (8-15% fragrance oils) is more concentrated than cologne (5%), but not as over-powering as perfume (22%). So go ahead and splash it on with reckless abandon.
