For natural relief of symptoms of premenstrual syndrome such as discomfort, achiness (muscle aches, breast tenderness), bloating and irritability.
Directions: Take 2 tablets 3 times a day at the onset of symptoms. As symptoms begin to subside, take 2 tablets one time per day until the beginning of the menstrual cycle. Allow the tablets to dissolve in your mouth, preferably ? hour before or 1 hour after meals.
