Oat Bran tablets by Natrol have the highest water soluble fiber content possible. Our product begins in the fields, is shipped to the mills and is then sent to the lab. Here the Oat Bran is tableted with a vegetable protein coating which makes them easier to swallow.
It is generally agreed that 25 to 35 grams of dietary fiber are required per day. Fiber is found in a wide variety of plant foods. Some particularly good sources are whole grains, nuts, beans, fresh fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, many of us do not get enough fiber in our daily diet. Supplementing with Oat Bran fiber tablets can help add the fiber your diet requires. Total fiber intake requirements may vary with the individual. We suggest you consult a health care professional for your optimal Oat Bran fiber needs.
Suggested Use: Take four (4) tablets or more with 8oz. of water before each meal. . Total grams of Oat Bran fiber per serving: 4 Tablets = 3.4g, 8 Tablets = 6.8g, 16 Tablets = 13.6g.
