Flora was started in 1965 in Burlington, Vermont, as a simple natural foods store, providing consumers with the finest natural health products available. In its early stages, Flora served as a center for the distribution of European herbal remedies, but as it grew began adding its own line of herbal teas, liquid tonics, herbal extracts, and cold-pressed organic seeds.

Today Flora is a Certified Organic producer, now maintaining a 22,000-square foot research, production, and office center. Flora's mission is to provide products and services that purify and uplift the body and spirit.
