Help - Can you ship internationally?
Smallflower.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iGlobal, to fulfill orders for our International customers (except Canada -- see below) . Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart and choose the "iGlobal" option. Your items will be transferred to iGlobal for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. iGlobal will process payment for your order and Q Brothers will process shipping and customer service.
--- Canadian Orders ---
Unlike other international orders, you do not have to use the iGlobal option for shipments going to Canada. Once your items are in your shopping bag, you can enter your postal code into our shipping estimator for shipping rates and options. When you are ready, hit our checkout button to place your order (you will see the Canadian flag next to the button). Please note, customers are solely responsible for any customs fees and duties.
Packages to Canada will arrive via Canada Post or UPS depending on the weight of the order. Unfortunately, tracking is unavailable for Canadian orders. Priority Mail can take up to 10 business days for delivery. First Class Mail can take up to 22 business days for delivery. Our carrier does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Smallflower. Our third party vendor, iGlobal, will ship to all destinations around the world.
Can I check the status of my International order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from Smallflower acknowledging that your order has been received. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped.
To check the status of an order on our site, go to My Account at the top of any page. Click on Modify Your Account. Then click on "View Order History/Check Status of Your Order". Here you will be able to view your orders. Once your order has shipped, you can track it by logging in to your account, or you can call us toll free at 800.252.0275.
Who should I contact with questions about my International order?
