Excellent for sleep and calming

Sometmes when it is hard to sleep or my mind won't stop racing this item comes to the rescue. I find them to be just enough to help me get a better night of sleep and during the day if my nerves are all jangling with stress it keeps me on an even keel. I do not use them daily just for those times of extra stress. This is an excellent product which I used to use while living in Germany - with German products such as these you know they are standardised and that they have been well tested. I only buy herbal remedies from Germany and this is one of the best.
