"The merkur progress has been in production for a long time. Since 1955. Its a classic and competed in some parts of the world with the Gillette razors of the time. Having used this and a slim adjustable from 1962, they're both great shavers. Merkur did one thing better than Gillette for sure, they kept making safety razors."
