In Ayurveda, Picrorrhiza and Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) are believed to help remove "accumulated excess liver toxins" in the body, said to be a result of Pitta or Kapha imbalances. This product pacifies Pitta and Kapha doshas.
Suggested use: Up to 2 capsules twice a day, with meals.
Ingredients: One capsule contains 250 mg of extract from the root of Picrorrhiza kurroa plant standardized for 10 mg Kutkin and 150 mg of Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) from the fruit, standardized for 120 mg of Silymarin.
