Nesti Dante soaps are prepared respecting the old tradition of the true Italian Saponeria: the cauldron baking. This process does not alter the active ingredients, subject to a really slow and accurate processing.
About Nesti Dante:
In September 1945 Dante Nesti at the age of 20 started making soap at home with a small 50 liter cauldron. By 1948 his operation had become a reliable firm registered with the Florence Chamber of Commerce. Today the Nesti Soap Works is one of the major plants in Europe for the production of soap by the classical cauldron method. All Nesti Dante bars are made with a soap base obtained through a four-day traditional cauldron baking, so as not to alter the active ingredients for the purest soap possible.
