Oil of Oregano by

Oil of oregano is one of the most diverse health aides available. Internally, pure oregano treats indigestion, diarrhea, nervous tension, insect bites, toothaches, earache, rheumatism, and coughs. In those cases, take about 4 drops a day (for best results, add the oil of oregano to a teaspoon of olive oil first) until you feel better. Externally, pure oregano is a powerful fighter of fungi such as athlete's foot and other bacterias. Most problems can be remedied by splashing a few drops of oregano oil directly on the inflicted area until your skin is back to normal.
