Nubian Heritage's African Black Soap combines shea butter's hydrating properties with the soothing properties of oats, aloe and cocoa pod ash to minimize the appearance of superficial skin imperfections. The deep cleansing formula provides detoxifying exfoliation to reveal radiantly healthy-looking skin.

Directions

Apply to washcloth or hands, create rich lather and cleanse. Rinse well. Follow with your favorite Nubian Heritage body lotion or infused butter. Avoid contact with eyes.

Very Dry Skin Relief

"African Black Soap, regardless of the type i.e. soap, bath gel, bath creme is dry skin relief in a bar or bottle. The scent is light and lovely. The smoothness of the soap and the clean rinsing lather is lovely. This soap relieves itchy, dry skin, softens and leaves a light scent on the skin. Winter, dry, scaly skin is relieved immediately with one use. The products are natural, light and easy to use. A little goes a long way and it is such a nice product. I love this product, so much."

"I have suffered with severe psoriasis for years. I have been to doctor after doctor and used many medicines, including salves, creams, and weekly injections. The injections cleared my skin, but I developed an infection which resulted in sepsis and near death. This is a known side effect of the medication, and I have been extremely reluctant to try it again. Most natural remedies I have found will only help for a short period and then seem to lose their effectiveness--NOT this soap. It has been effective in moisturizing my skin and helping to wash away plaques. It has a pleasant scent which, unlike many scented soaps & body washes, does not affect my skin negatively. Hope not to have to do without this product!"
