"Olbas Herbal Bath certainly makes a great addition to a warm bath, if you need to relax aching muscles, but I have also found this product to work great as a scalp cleanser prior to shampooing. The invigorating scent and ingredients stimulate my scalp and pre-cleanse my hair without stripping it. I simply drizzle some on my head and scrub it in before rinsing and then continuing with my shampooing and conditioning. Works great!"

I'm recovering from a surprise

"I'm recovering from a surprise sinus allergy attack so this stuff is a great comfort for sore sinuses. I find adding 3 tablespoons to a running bath works well. (I didn't have it on hand, but I have found combining 3 tablespoons of Olbas with Dr. Singhas Mustard Bath great for illnesses more uncomfortable than a sinus allergy attack. So, Olbas can play well with other brands.) Diluted in a tub of water, I've never found Olbas to irritate my skin, whether it was a papercut on my finger or my mild rosacea. I'm actually thinking of buying in the future two bottles at a time to have on hand for cold and allergy-prone times. While bath oils like Fenjal and Aromatherapy Associates are good for luxury/spa experiences, Olbas is good for the more medical/therapeutic bath-for-convalescence. However, Olbas does smell pleasant in a minty kind of way so that's a nice bonus."
