Directions for Use: "Adults, children and infants: Apply generously to affected areas 2 to 3 times daily. Traumeel should be rubbed gently into the skin. Traumeel may be applied using mild compression bandaging and/or occlusive bandaging."

"Traumeel is one of the best kept secrets for athletes. It's safe, so anyone can use it as often as necessary. If you're someone who works out 3-5 times per week save yourself some money and get the larger 100g size. If you are more of a weekend warrior, the 50g size will probably suffice."
