Today I tried Provence Sante Shaving Soap, and I have to say I really enjoyed it! It was lightweight, didn't clog my razor, and it rinsed off easily. I loved the fresh fragrance, and I also noticed that my neck was not irritated like it normally is when I finish shaving. Best of all, judging from the amount I used today, I can tell this shave soap will last a very long time."

Moisturizing shaving soap with a rich lather and a cool light fragrance exclusively developed for Baudelaire's Provence Sante. Glycerin, karite butter and luzenac talcum (to fight razor irritation) are blended in a smooth vegetable base with essential oils of linden and vervain.

Great, Light, and Clean

I have been using this for several months. It has provided a mostly great, soft, supple shave. The scent is light, floral, clean and disappears quickly after shaving. I do find that the soap produces a thin lather. It still provides plenty of cushion and glide during a shave. I also noticed it tends to lathers much better when lathering directly to my face instead of in a bowl and then applying to my face.

Provence Sante is one of my favorite shave soaps. This soap provides a great, thick, rich lather that is very protective and slick. The gentleness of the soap combined with the added shea butter leaves the skin feeling moisturized and comfortable after the shave. Scent-wise, this soap has a somewhat floral scent, but not overly-strong or too feminine, and once you finish your shave and rinse your face, the scent is gone, so it will not clash with any aftershave you might happen to wish to use. I highly recommend this soap.
