I first bought this in the Belgian Ardennes because I'd never seen it before. It soon became a family favorite before bedtime. It's not super sweet, it's fast instant and tastes wonderful AND it really helps you drop off to sleep dreaming about lovely alpine meadows..like the ones here in the Rockies and the ones from Switzerland! Enjoy
