1 filter bag (1.6 g medicinal tea) contains as active ingredients: 0.24 g bitter fennel fruit, chopped, 0.21 g thyme, chopped, 0.19 g lime blossoms, chopped, 0.19 g knotweed, chopped, 0.18 g Iceland moss, chopped, 0.10 g primrose blossoms, chopped, 0,06 g White deadnettle blossoms, chopped, 0.06 g Wool flower blossoms, chopped

Douse 1 filter bag with a cup of boiling water (150 ml), cover and allow to infuse for approx. 5-10 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of tea as hot as possible 4-6 times a day.
