Free Economy Shipping

• Eligibility: Order subtotal of $95 or more (after discounts, before taxes), shipping to one of the lower 48 U.S. states. Not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
• Carrier: Most economical carrier for the destination.
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.
• Guaranteed: No.

Economy Shipping

• Cost: Calculated at checkout.
• Eligibility: All U.S. destinations.
• Carrier: Most economical carrier for the destination.
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.
• Guaranteed: No.
• Note: Not recommended for urgent orders.

UPS Ground

• Cost: Varies by weight and destination.
• Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
• Order cutoff: None specific (subject to standard 2–3 business day processing time).
• Pickup/delivery days: Monday–Friday only. No Saturday, Sunday, or holiday service.
• Guaranteed: No. Not refundable if delayed.

UPS 2nd Day Air

• Cost: Calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 2 business days after shipment.
• Order cutoff: 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
• Pickup/delivery days: Monday–Friday only. No Saturday, Sunday, or holiday service.
• Guaranteed: No. Not refundable if delayed.

UPS Next Day Air

• Cost: Calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 1 business day after shipment.
• Order cutoff: 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
• Pickup/delivery days: Monday–Friday only. No Saturday, Sunday, or holiday service.
• Guaranteed: Yes. If the package does not arrive on the scheduled business day, the shipping cost is refundable.
• Example: A Next Day Air order placed on Friday before 12:00 p.m. CST ships Friday and arrives Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).

International Shipping

• Countries served: Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Additional countries coming soon.
• Duties and taxes: All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout. No additional charges at delivery.
• Estimated delivery: No guaranteed delivery time. Currently experiencing delays.

Shipping Package Protection

• What it covers: Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
• What happens if a covered issue occurs: Smallflower reships or refunds the order. We handle the claim on your behalf — no action required from you.
• Default: Selected at checkout.
• If you opt out (deselect at checkout): Smallflower is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You are responsible for filing any carrier claim yourself.
