Smallflower collects personal information about you as part of the registration and ordering process. You may choose not to share this information with us, but that might result in an inability to use our services. We are committed to keeping your personal information private and secure. Smallflower does not share your personal information with any third party other than those required to fulfill your order (e.g. merchant bank for credit card charging; UPS for order delivery). In such cases we disclose only enough information to perform the necessary services, and the third parties are prohibited from using or revealing your personal information for other purposes.
Smallflower may use your email address or phone number to contact you about your order if we have questions or problems. Also, if you have not opted out of our email newsletter, you may also receive that on occasion, but it will always contain an easy way for you to unsubscribe. Our goal is to give you only the information that you want.

In order to place an order on Smallflower you must first register or sign in. If it is your first time ordering from Smallflower then you should Register. Registration allows you to continue with the checkout process and creates an account for you to checkout faster on your next visit. You may register even if you do not wish to make a purchase. The advantages of registration include the option to sign up for our email newsletter and the ability to save the items in your shopping bag for your next visit. Once you are signed in, the items in your shopping bag will automatically be saved. Next time you visit the site, just Sign In and you will see the items in your shopping bag once again.
Even if you are signed in while you shop, we still require you to verify your username and password before you can checkout or access the My Account area. Although it is a minor inconvenience to sign in again, we think it is a small step worth taking in order to prevent unwanted access to your personal information.
When you create an account, you must choose a password that you will use to sign in whenever you shop on the site. We urge you to pick a password that you will remember and to keep that password a secret. Your personal information is only as safe as the password that you choose, so try to choose something that cannot be guessed easily.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the Forgot Your Password area on the Sign In page. Your password will then be emailed to your account email address.
To change your account information, go to My Account. After signing in you will be able to manage your password, your email address, your shipping addresses and your credit cards.
We realize that you are trusting us with your personal information. We go to great lengths to make sure your information is protected. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") authentication to ensure the confidentiality of online purchases at Smallflower. This encryption standard helps protect third parties from intercepting your vital personal information. We also will never display your full credit card number; we only display the last 4 digits for identification purposes. We feel confident that we provide a very strong level of security. That said, because we cannot control the potential unlawful activities of third parties, information is transmitted at your own risk.
