We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payments. Please be aware that you must enter the billing address information as it appears on your credit card statement. If this information is not correct, it can delay your order or even prevent you from successfully completing your order.
Smallflower charges sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Illinois. Shipments to all other states will not be charged sales tax.
Smallflower charges will appear on your statement as coming from either Smallflower.com or Merz Apothecary (which is our parent company and the name of our store in Chicago). We authorize your card for the full amount as soon as you place your order, but we do not actually charge the card until your order is shipped. If you cancel your order or change your order after it has been placed, you might still see your initial authorization pending on your credit card account. This is only an authorization and will not be charged to your account. The authorization will usually be removed within 2 to 3 days.
Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email giving you the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam filter to make sure it is not mistakenly filtered out. You may want to add smallflower.com as an accepted domain in your filtering software.
Once your order is placed, you must contact us in order to change or cancel your order. Because we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, it is not always possible to make changes or cancel your order. We will always attempt to accomodate any requests, but once the order is packed and sent out for shipping, there is no way to change or cancel that order.
