Our shipping & handling costs are listed below. Keep in mind that the timeframes listed are estimates based on order processing and shipping. If your order is urgent or if you need to confirm the date an item will be shipped, please contact us.
Standard Shipping - $6.50 + $0.50 per item (2-6 business days after order processing)
UPS 2nd Day Air - $19.00 + $1.00 per item (2 business days after order processing)
UPS Next Day Air - $30.00 + $3.00 per item (1 business day after order processing)
The delivery schedule of your order is based on product availability. In your order confirmation email, you will receive an estimated ship date based on product availability. If an order will take longer than the expected timeframe to process, then we will contact you to let you know your options and an updated timeframe. Once the order has been processed, it will be delivered based on the shipping method you selected. Below is a map giving the estimated UPS Ground shipping time from our store in Chicago. UPS delivers Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. For standard shipping we use UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail depending on the weight and location of the order. Priority mail has slightly different shipping times than the map below.
For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, or for customers with PO Box or Military addresses, please choose the Standard Shipping option. Your order will be sent out via the US Postal Service. If the shipping cost to send the order by Postal Service is greater than the amount you were charged, then we will contact you prior to shipping your order to have you approve the increased amount.
We're sorry, but at this time Smallflower does not ship orders to international addresses.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email summary from Smallflower letting you know that the order has been completed. You will also receive an email from either UPS or the USPS giving you the tracking number of your order. If you have any further questions about your order once it has been shipped, please contact us and give us your name and order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Smallflower accepts returns on unopened, unused products for 30 days after the order is received. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE. To receive an authorization please contact us stating with your name, order number and the circumstances of the return. We will email you back with return instructions. If the product being returned has been used or opened, please contact us with the order information and state the reason for the return. We will try to accomodate all return requests, but we reserve the right to deny accepting returns on opened and used products. Returns sent without prior authorization will be accepted solely at the discretion of Smallflower. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by Smallflower. PLEASE NOTE: For health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair brushes, toothbrushes, shaving brushes or manicure/pedicure tools. Also, we do not accept returns on homeopathic remedies. |
