Finding Products
At Smallflower we want to make it easy to find the products you need. That's why we have numerous ways to find our products:

Search - Our search box at the top of the page is the fastest way to find a product or a group of products. Just type in a product name, brand name, or any other keyword to find what you need. And if you already know the item number that you're looking for, just type that in the search box to go right to that product.

Category - To browse through the products by category just click one of the main categories at the top of any page. You can then choose a subcategory in the left sidebar to see all of the products in that subcategory.

Brand - To browse through the products by brand, go to the brand page that is linked off the home page. There you can click on any brand to see all of the products offered from that brand.

Country of Origin - As an international apothecary, Smallflower carries products from more than 31 countries around the world. To search for products by country, go to the country of origin page that is linked off the home page. There you can click on any country to see all of the products offered from that country.

Scent - To browse for products by scent, go to the shop by scent page that is linked off the home page. There you can click on any scent to see all of the products offered with that scent.

Saving Your Shopping Bag Items
If you have items in your shopping bag and you'd like to save them for a future visit, just sign in or register. Once you are signed in, any items you add to your shopping bag will be saved. You can retrieve those items on your next visit by signing in. Once you do so, the saved items will appear in your shopping bag.

Out of Stock Products
We strive to keep all of our products in stock or readily available, but given that we offer more than 12,000 active items, occasionally we do have some product that are out of stock. If a product that you would like to purchase is out of stock, please visit again in the future, or call 800.252.0275 to place a backorder by phone. Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders for out of stock items on Smallflower.com.

Gift Options
Smallflower specializes in helping you find the right gifts for anyone you have in mind. Feel free to contact us if we can be of any assistance in helping you choose the right gift. Once you have the products you need, proceed to checkout and you'll have the option to add a gift message and to send your order in a Smallflower gift box.
