I forgot my password. How do I sign in?
Go to the sign in page and enter your email address in the forgotten password box. We will email your password to you (assuming you entered the email address that you used to create your Smallflower account).

What are your shipping costs?
Please visit the Shipping & Returns page for the shipping costs and all other shipping and delivery information.

What shipping method do I choose to ship my order to Alaska, Hawaii, a PO Box, or a military address?
Please choose Standard Shipping. We will send your package by the US Postal Service. See the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Do you ship to international addresses?
I'm sorry. At this time we do not ship Smallflower orders to international addresses.
