Ingredients: Illite (Argiletz French Green Illite Clay, ultra ventilated)
Mineral Profile: Silica, Aluminum, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Copper, Cobalt, Lithium, Molybdenum.
Directions for Use: Stir 1 teaspoon (3g) into a glass of water (avoid using a metal spoon). Allow to stand at least 15 minutes (preferably overnight) and drink the clear water or stir and drink the "clay milk" first thing in the morning and as needed, or as directed by a health care professional.

Directions For External Use: Mix with floral water (hydrolat), distilled water, or herbal tea to make a spreadable paste. Add essential oil if desired. Apply the paste as a poultice as needed or use as a weekly facial mask. Refrigerate or discard unused portion.
