Ingredients: Pseudoephedrine: 0.5 mg. per cup as it naturally occurs in ephedra herb (Ephedra spp.). Other herbal ingredients: Peppermint leaf, licorice root, fennel seed, eucalyptus leaf, calendula flower, pleurisy root, ginger rhizome.

This delicious, peppermint and licorice tea works wonders on congestion associated with the common cold, hay fever, sinusitis, and other upper respiratory allergies, restoring freer breathing through the nose. The secret ingredient is pseudo-epherdra, a water-soluble ephedrine alkaloid that loosens the nasal passages. Make it like any tea. Don't exceed 8 cups in 24 hours.
