"In a book by Maria Treben "Gesundheit aus der Apotheke Gottes" I found under Schwedenbitter how you can help aching joints. A year ago I had a new hip put in (in Germany) and am still having pain. It says in there to put one tablespoon into a cup of Nettle Leaf Tea and drink a half a cup before before the meal and the other half afterwards. I have only done this for a week and I can already feel a slight improvement. My chiropractor was surprised today. So I will try using it. I'll let you know when I need more Nettle Leaf Tea Bags. What would I do without you? 3 dinners"
