Directions for Use: Apply a new B12 Patch to a clean and dry area of the skin behind the ear lobe on the neck. Firmly press adhesive side to skin and leave the patch in place for up to 24 hours. The dosage of one patch (1000 mcg) per week is based upon the dosage of a weekly B12 shot. You may apply more than one patch per week as there is no upper limit on B12. A month supply contains 4 patches. One patch is approximately the size of a dime.

As for the reviewers who weren't helped by the B12 patches, I wonder if they ever stopped to think that perhaps their body was not low in B12 and therefore no difference was felt? The man who had more energy and felt better was most likely lacking in B12, as these are the symptoms of low B12. Only a blood test can reveal a low, high or normal value. A lack of B12 in the body is almost impossible to correct by oral intake so the patches make perfect sense to me, even more than sublingual tablets. Both enter the blood stream where it is utilized if needed. In my opinion, a B12 shot would be the most effective but many drs. will not prescribe them without testing firstand rightly so adding to the cost.

My husband loves the patch. He felt great and had lots of energy. I on the other hand didn't feel any difference. I am buying more for my husband.
