Use this liquid concentrate as a compress on sprains, bruises, and sore muscles.
Directions:For external use only. Put 2 teaspoonfuls to 1 cupful of water; or use as directed by physician. Bathe the affected area, or apply as a compress, 3-4 times daily for 10 minutes.
