Awsomeness in a bottle This is my 2nd bottle and it works amazingly I rub on my temples when I have a headache shoulders to relieve stress my stomach when cramping It is the best oil for allergies on the inhaler to carry around and I put some in my defuser at night for a good nightx27s sleep
