Product Description:

Leci-Key is true lecithin granules derived from soybeans, which are naturally rich in choline and inositol. It consists of a minimum of 95% phosphatides, thereby surpassing the food chemical codex and NNFA Standards for Lecithin granules. Seven pounds of soybeans are needed to obtain approximately one tablespoonful of Leci-Key One tablespoonful of Leci-Key provides nine times the amount of phosphatidyl Choline contained in one Carlson Lecithin Capsule. Leci-Key is pleasant tasting and maybe e added to juice or sprinkled on foods such as cereals, salads, vegetables or meats.
