COVID-19 Updates

As a pharmacy and health resource locally and nationally, our goal is to remain open and able to serve our customers, but to do so while remaining a safe place for our employees and customers, and for the health of the community at large.

As a team we are:

  • following CDC recommendations regarding workplace safety
  • practicing social distancing and frequent hand washing
  • staying home when sick
  • cleaning and sterilizing our storefront and warehouse throughout the day

Given the unprecedented situation, you may notice low inventory on some products, delayed customer service responses, and delays in order fulfillment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to provide you with what you need in a manner that is safe for our team and for you.

We also kindly encourage our customers to choose the least expensive shipping method available. While the expedited methods remain an option for emergency purposes they are no longer being guaranteed by UPS or USPS. Therefore Smallflower.com will be unable to refund these shipping fees if the package does not arrive in that time.
