A Blue Jean Dream

The original blue jean beauty DE NÎMES is back. Named after the city of Nîmes, France where denim workwear was first produced hundreds of years ago, this candle has the quiet, cool quality of French indigo. Invoking earthy notes of violet, eucalyptus and blueberry. Additional essences of almond and rhubarb mingle with darker wood notes and juniper berry while ambergris gives it a slight seaside minerality. Roughly 50 hour burn time.

Coconut and beeswax candle with braided cotton wick

Prior to each lighting, trim the wick to 1/4” for a clean and smoke free burn.

Always protect the surface on which the candle sits.

On your first light, allow the entire surface of wax to melt a minimum of 3 hours. There will be some “wax wall hanging,” but that’s normal.

For all burns, never let it go on for more than 4 hours.

Ensure the wick is centered.

After each burn, adjust the wick while the wax is still molten.
