When mixed with water, it becomes a milky emulsion. Rinses away with warm water or Infused Facial Water.Fragrance: A sweet floral bouquest with geranium and rose notes.Directions: Scoop a small amount of the balm with the spatula. Apply to dry face and neck and massage gently. The balm turns into an oil and is easily smoothed over skin. Lastly, apply around the eyes. Gently pinch eyelashes between fingers or use a cotton ball to remove all traces of makeup.
