Iris is the skin-soft, initial impression we enjoy, a lavender colored-powder that shimmers, like silk stockings over skin. After iris's gentle introduction, violet surges forth, a spicy, tart note that conveys an eager insouciance, a flash of d?colletage between the dancers waiting in the wings. Rose, like the smooth, linear surface of the dancers' torsos, is bright, clean and slightly fruity, a light, pearlescent pink texture that constitutes part of the shiny, reflective surface that makes Pluriel Feminin such a potent, energetic force. Alternately, jasmine is all earthy sweetness, as round and taut as the shapely musculature of a ballerina's legs, an opaque fruity sensation that absorbs (rather than reflects) light.
