Recipe: Razzmatazz Simple Herbal Infusion

Recipe: Razzmatazz Simple Herbal Infusion

The Razzmatazz tea is my go-to recipe when I’m feeling like I need an all-over tune up, body, mind and spirit.

It contains only three herbs: Raspberry, Spearmint and Oatstraw - but I consider each one a complete wellness formula all its own. Each herb is full of vitamins and minerals; Raspberry contributes its antioxidants, flavonoids and tasty tannic magic, Spearmint has its minty volatile oils to tickle the taste buds and lift the spirit, and Oatstraw brings its sweet, soothing polysaccharides (plant sugars!) to mellow it all out.

This blend is simple enough to throw together for a single serving or make a batch and chill it overnight for a delicious, refreshing iced blend.

Store dry herbs in an airtight container in a cool dark place. Best used within 2-3 years.

You'll Need:

-Medium mixing bowl
-Filter basket
-Herbs: Raspberry leaf, Spearmint leaf, Oatstraw

How To Make Razzmatazz Simple Herbal Infusion:

Step 1: Combine 1/3 cup each: Dried Raspberry, Spearmint & Oatstraw in a medium mixing bowl. Combine by mixing with a spoon or use clean hands.

Step 2: Add 1-2 tsp. herbs to a filter basket and place inside a mug.

Step 3: Pour 10-12 oz of boiling water over the herbs.

Step 4: Steep for 5-8 mins.

Step 5: Remove filter basket from mug and enjoy!
