Please note: Smallflower E-Gift cards are sent to the person who purchases the card to be forwarded to the recipient. Physical gift cards are only available in store at Merz Apothecary and cannot be ordered online or by phone.
Follow these steps:
1. Choose the amount you would like to give from the denominations available.
2. Click “add to cart”
3. Go to checkout and make sure to use your email at checkout
4. After the payment processes an email will be sent directly to your inbox.
5. Open the email and schedule the gift card to be sent to the recipient.
6. Please add “customerservice@smallflower.com” to your address book to ensure our emails reach your inbox.

Smallflower gift cards may be used online or at any of our stores (Merz Apothecary, Q Brothers, and The Shops at Merz).
Please treat gift cards like cash. They cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Smallflower is not responsible for damaged cards or unauthorized use.
Purchases will be deducted from the card balance until the balance reaches zero.
Card is redeemable for merchandise only. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Smallflower gift cards do not expire. Please use them at your convenience.
