"This is a really really Good lip balm. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars, is more the nature of lips than a reflection of the product. Lips just don’t have oil glands and it would be hard for any product to make up for that. This goes on like a soft balm, does not move around, is not greasy. The formula makes your lips feel protected/soft. It is better than anything I have ever used, so yes it does live up to its reputation. I will buy it again and would give as a gift."
