Return Policy

All returns must be authorized in advance. Smallflower accepts returns on unopened and unused products for 30 days after the order is received. To receive an authorization, please contact us with your name, order number, and the reason for the return and we will email you return instructions.

If the product being returned has been used or opened, please be detailed when you give the reason for the return. We will try to accommodate return requests, but we reserve the right to deny returns on opened and used products, especially those that have not been authorized in advance. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by Smallflower.

Full-size, niche fragrances are sent with a sample. Please use this sample first to make sure you want to keep the fragrance. Once you open the packaging on a fragrance sent with a sample, it cannot be returned. 

For safety reasons we do not accept returns on homeopathic medicines. For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on hair brushes, toothbrushes, shaving brushes, shaving tools or manicure/pedicure tools, even if they are not used. We do not accept returns on fragrance samples.
