Pine Pinus Sylvestris essential oil has a typical pine, strong, dry-balsamic, crisp, fresh, ''walking in the woods,'' aroma. The color of the oil is clear. It is steam distilled from the needles, branches + cones of the Scotch Pine tree. This is the most common Pine oil for aromatherapy applications. It is from the Tyrol region of Austria and considered to be the best quality Pine essential oil.
