This water based pomade has a medium shine that can be re-combed throughout the day without losing its hold or luster. Use on dry hair for more manageable feel and all day restyling, can also be applied to wet or towel dry hair for a different setting once hair is dry. Place a small dab of brilliantine on the palm of your hand, rub once vigorously, then smooth hands over hair from front to back. This can be repeated on sides for extra slick look. You can also add a few drops of water on hands for slicker look, simply comb hair into desired style.
