I love Key moisturizer!

"I love this moisturizer! Not only does the zinc do its job protecting my skin from sun, it also seems to clear up any acne, keeping my skin clear and feeling good. I personally like the smell, which isn't sunscreen-y like other sun protecting moisturizers. I would recommend smelling before you purchase, because I can understand it might not be for everyone."

Feels great, but unsure about sun protection

"So I bought this as a replacement for the company's previous product (now discontinued), which was called Solar Rx Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunblock. According to the company's website, Luminos Plus has an almost identical, but slightly improved, formula to Solar Rx, with the main difference being that they dropped the "sunscreen" label due to issues with the FDA. Zinc oxide is still the first ingredient, which is reassuring that this product can still provide some sun protection despite not being marketed as a sunscreen. That being said, I still got sunburned the few times that I used it. This could be because I didn't use enough, or it could be that the product is insufficient to be used alone as a sunscreen. YMMV. That being said, it goes on great and feels good on my skin. It's not too greasy like some other natural sunscreens I've used. I'm still going to experiment with applying thicker layers on heavy sun exposure days, but you may want to pair with a stronger sunblock / sunscreen for added reassurance and protection. It's super hard to find a 100% natural product like this that also feels nice on my skin, so I'd still buy it again as a daily all-purpose moisturizer that provides at least some sun protection."
