For the temporary relief of minor aches & pains of muscles & joints associated with: arthritis, simple backache, strains, bruises, sprains. Apply for 8 hours. This product is not made with natural rubber latex.  2.83 x 1.81 inches.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Clean and dry affected area. Remove patch from film. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. What wondrous magic is this?!

"I have intensely painful tendinitis in my left elbow and shoulder. I do physical therapy to help. However, I have days and weeks where the pain and inflammation is very intense. I don't like taking otc pain medication as they are not good for my stomach or liver. These popped up as an "add on" during my first-time ordering with you. I am so very, very lglad I did. I'm not 100% sure how they work, but the relief I get is truly magical. They do have a strong scent of menthol and camphor, so if you don't like that, you won't like these. I find the scent very comforting. Please bring the 60 patches package back. Thank you. Will definitely be repurchasing."
