What are the instructions for starting & continuing using this tea for psoriasis?
All medicinal tea should be used this way: 1 teaspoon of tea with 8oz of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes and drink 4-6 times a day for two weeks. Lessen the amount after that to 2-4 cups a day after the two weeks are over. Continue to drink the tea until the container is empty.
