Skullcap and Passionflower join forces here to work their magic on the mind, anchoring thoughts to the present moment, and putting the brakes on any racing thoughts. Oatstraw is a comforting and nourishing herb with a delightful sweetness. It may help soothe any frayed or exhausted nerves and support the ability to focus during the day. Then there is Lavender, associated with many relaxing powers in the body, mind and spirit. Finally, a touch of Peppermint rounds out the blend with its familiar digestive comfort and uplifting flavor.

Directions

Directions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons in 8-12 oz of boiling water for 5-8 minutes. Strain and drink.
