A brand rooted in classic Americana style, Fly Barbershop was the brainchild of career stylist and salon owner Hallie Alford and finance guy Ted Hoffman. The pair hit a home run in their home town of Dallas with a mobile Airstream trailer salon in 2014, then soon launched a men’s grooming line with the first product, aptly named Fly Pomade No.1. Aside from its awesome packaging, Fly nailed the pomade's formulation and scent right out of the gate. It is water soluble with a matte finish, and made with gentle coconut oil and vitamin E. Plus, the sandalwood and vanilla scent is masculine without being overpowering.
