Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health. He created these flower essences to be used whenever you need emotional support.
Active ingredients (5X HPUS): Scleranthus (Scleranthus annuus).
Inactive ingredients: 27% grape alcohol solution.
‘HPUS’ indicates ingredients are in the official Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.
How to take each essence individually:
Take 2 drops of a single remedy directly on the tongue or add to a beverage and sip. For best results, repeat 4 times a day.
How to make your personalized blend:
1. Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full
2. Add 2 drops of each remedy to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.
3. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.
Can be taken individually or as a blend – for best results, take for at least 14 days. Approximately 380 doses per bottle.
