"I could use this everyday. It reminds me of the discontinued Orange Flower Water by Caswell Massey that I had in the late '90's, although I don't believe orange flower is one of the notes for 4711. I am glad I purchased this. The bottle is adorable too."

delightfully fresh scent!

"The bottle and scent of this cologne is what immediately drew me in, but its history is also a big part of what will keep me coming back! It doesn’t linger in my skin but does stick around on fabric — I’ve been using it like Florida water on a cloth for house cleaning/dusting too. I’ll be back for the bigger bottles soon, plus a spray bottle of one of the floral scents!"

"Life changes, but not this scent. It's such a lovely subtle citrus smell. It is perfect for a humid summer's day and balances the heat and refreshes really well. It is light and refreshing like a glass of lemonade waiting for you on the kitchen counter. I've not had this smaller size in the past, but I like it, as it fits well in a pocket or small bag."

I was hesitant, initially, because

"I was hesitant, initially, because most perfumes/colognes tend to give me a headache. I was pleasantly surprised with the 4711 and I apply it to my wrists and bend of elbows nearly every day. It dries to a beautiful, soft scent after 15 minutes of application. While it may sound odd, the initial fragrance reminds me of a cross between aftershave and the smell of tequila. However after 15-20 minutes it dries down to a fresh sweet scent."
