Really helped a friend in need
"I picked this up to help a friend who was in the hospital - her hair had matted. She is very sensitive, and I wanted something that would do the job of getting the mats out without chemicals, particularly because we were unable to wash it out due to her predicament. It worked wonderfully! I got her all brushed out without pulling or hurting her, and she absolutely loved the smell. It really brightened her day, and brightened mine to see her smile.
